If you haven’t already discovered the Sunday night jazz nights at Dunlin 8’s newest bellobar in Portobello, this weekend is a good one to give it a try.
At 7pm on Sunday May 11th, the Dublin Jazz Book is being launched – and entry to this very smart venue is FREE! Volume One contains some 50 pieces from 28 seasoned jazz players and their students and the cherry on the cake is that some of the musicians featured in the Dubln Jazz Book will be playing. Can you afford to miss this? NO!
By the way, I was at the opening of BelloBar so am speaking from a very happy experience. I won’t even mention their signature cocktail…
